Load Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor

The Load FBG cell is designed primarily to monitor tiebacks and rock bolts. They, however, may be used during pile load tests and can monitor loads in cross lot struts and tunnel supports, etc. In most cases, the load cells are used in conjunction with a hydraulic jack and bearing plates. The load cell is a high strength alloy cylinder with 1~4 or 6 built-in high precision FBG Sensors. The gauge can measure the total load on the load cell and offer readings of respective sensors as well as measure uneven load and eccentric load. Its built-in temperature sensor can be used for compensation. It has high sensitivity and excellent waterproof capabilities.
