Generic Compatible 800GBASE-DR8 (2x400G DR4) OSFP Linear-drive Pluggable Optics (LPO) transceiver module supports a max data rate of 850Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 500m over single-mode fiber (SMF) with dual MPO-12 APC connectors. F-tone manufactured  800GBASE-DR8 (2x 400GBASE DR4) OSFP LPO module complies with LPO MSA 100G-DR-LPO Draft Rev 0.5 optical specifications, CEI-112G-LINEAR-PAM4 electrical specifications, CMIS Rev 4.0 and RoHS. DDM (digital diagnostics monitoring) function is supported on the 800G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the DR8 OSFP achieves 800 Gigabit Ethernet through 8x 106.25 PAM4. The 800G DR8 OSFP is widely used for 800 gigabit Ethernet, 800G to 8x 100GBASE-DR, or 2x 400GBASE-DR4 breakout, and data center interconnect.
