The NVIDIA/Mellanox MMA1Z00-NS400 Compatible 400GBASE-SR4 QSFP112 transceiver module supports a max data rate of 425Gbps. It enables the fiber link of 50m over MMF with MPO-12 APC connectors. F-tone manufactured  400GBASE-SR4 QSFP112 complies with QSFP112 MSA Specification Rev2.0, IEEE 802.3df-2024 and CMIS Rev5.0. DOM function is supported on the 400G fiber optic transceiver to achieve real-time operating parameters monitoring. Adopting the Pulse-amplitude Modulation (PAM4) modulation, the SR4 QSFP112 achieves 400 Gigabit Ethernet through 4x 106.25 PAM4 Retimed 4x100GAUI-1/2x200GAUI-2/1x400GAUI-4 C2M electrical interface. The 400G SR4 QSFP112 is widely used for 400 gigabit Ethernet, 800G to 2x 400GBASE-SR4 breakout, data center and InfiniBand NDR applications.
