Extreme Networks 40G-QSFP-4SFP-PC-0301 compatible 40G QSFP+ DAC breakout cable is comprised of a Twinax copper cable terminated with a QSFP+ form factor module on one end and four SFP+ form factor modules on the other end. It is verified to interoperate with a wide range of original Extreme platforms, including the VDX series (6740, 6940-144S), the SLX Series (8820, 9030). 40G QSFP+ DAC breakout cable has the advantage of convenient installation since the structure of modules is permanently attached to each end.

 

40G QSFP+ to 4x10G SFP+ breakout cable is suitable for very short-distance transmission. It provides a cost-effective and low-power consumption solution for 40G to 10G breakout applications.
