16 core fiber distribution box I

Description:

The equipment is used as a termination point for the feeder cable to connect with drop cable in FTTx communication network system. The fiber splicing, splitting, distribution can be done in this box, and meanwhile it provides solid protection and management for the FTTx network building.

Features:

Fully enclosed structure.
Material: PC+ABS (30% PC-70% ABS) is UV-resistant, flame-retardant, moisture-proof, waterproof, dust-proof and ageing-proof, and the protection level reaches IP65. Color requirements: RAL 7016 (dark gray) or RAL 7035 (light gray).
Locks are equipped with zinc alloy or stainless steel keys (non-plastic keys), with rubber sleeves.
Inside the box, the assembly is complete. The bolts need to be galvanized, and the length is not less than 6 cm.
All cable entrances shall be inserted with appropriate removable plugs.
Entry cable and lead-down clamp, optical fiber splicing, fixing, storage, distribution and so on are all integrated.
Cables, tail fibers and jumpers all run through their own paths and do not interfere with each other. The Dark-Box SC/LC/PLC adapter is easy to install and maintain.
Distribution panels can be turned over and cup joints can be used for incoming cables to facilitate maintenance and installation.
The cabinet body can be installed by wall hanging or pole type, which is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Installation:

Wall-mounted installation

Drill 4 holes over the wall based on the size in table 1,place the expansion bolt Φ7.5*40,place the box to match up the holes and use bolt to fasten。(Pic 4)

Pole-mounted installation

Fix 1 set of the easy pole ring to the telecom pole .(Pic 5)
