F-tone Networks provides a drop-in compatible replacement for the TE Connectivity 2198720-1 zSFP+ cage assembly. It is designed for high-speed 25G/28G SFP28 pluggable transceiver fronts and is mechanically backward compatible with SFP/SFP+ MSA footprints.
The cage features a ganged 1×2 port configuration with press-fit, through-hole, right-angle termination, enabling solder-free PCB mounting and efficient belly-to-belly stacking. The housing is constructed from nickel silver with optional EMI spring fingers; an elastomeric gasket version is available for sealed applications.

Power and Wavelength Testing
